Thomas C. Blaska

Admitted to the Georgia Bar in 1975, his decades of experience help him effectively negotiate and litigate cases on behalf of his clients.
T. Charles Blaska
Charles is an accomplished trial attorney and managing partner of The Blaska Law Firm, LLC. He has been lead counsel representing plaintiffs in many cases—including medical and legal malpractice, premises liability, vehicular collisions, personal injury and products liability.
He is an active member of the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association and an instructor at Kennesaw State University in the College of Continuing and Professional Education. As a second generation lawyer, he believes in advancing the legal profession by zealously advocating for his clients with honesty, integrity and respect.
Dana J. Norman
Dana served for over 10 years as an appellate prosecutor in the Cobb County District Attorney’s office and retired with the State of Georgia as a trial and appellate prosecutor in Paulding County. He has over 25 years of experience in appellate practice, both civil and criminal, and has made over 150 appearances in Georgia’s appellate courts.
Dana served for 15 years as a staff attorney for the Honorable William L. McMurray, Jr. on the Georgia Court of Appeals. During this time, he also served as an adjunct instructor at Brenau University. He was a frequent CLE instructor for the Prosecuting Attorneys’ Council of Georgia and was appointed by the Georgia Supreme Court to serve as a Special Master in disciplinary proceedings for the State Bar of Georgia.
In addition, Dana has been an instructor at Kennesaw State University, teaching in the College of Continuing and Professional Education, for over 12 years.
Katherine Blaska Dodd
Katie served her community as a professional realtor for over 11 years. In 2010, she turned her attention to her family’s law practice, The Blaska Law Firm, LLC. Katie began as a legal assistant and decided to carry on her family legacy in law. While working at the firm as office manager, she attended Atlanta’s John Marshall Law School as a part-time student and graduated cum laude in May 2017.
A native of Atlanta, Katie graduated from The Westminster Schools and earned her Bachelors of Business Administration in Marketing from the Terry College of Business at The University of Georgia. She is an avid Georgia Bulldogs and Green Bay Packers fan.
Michelle L. Bloch
Michelle’s unique background as both former Director for a Georgia private duty home health care agency (specializing in catastrophic care for patients suffering from spinal cord and traumatic brain injuries), and serving our country in the Georgia Air National Guard, brings a resident depth of knowledge and experience not ordinarily found in other law practices.
Michelle continues to serve the citizens of Georgia as member of the Georgia State Defense Force, supporting our National Guard units in Disaster Relief, Emergency Response, and Search and Rescue missions. She volunteers her time with the Gwinnett County Probate Court Clinic and the American Bar Association’s “Free Legal Answers” program.
A native of Philadelphia, PA, Michelle earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications and Media Studies from Clayton State University, Morrow, GA.
