T. Charles Blaska

Managing Partner

Charles is an accomplished trial attorney and managing partner of The Blaska Law Firm, LLC. He has been lead counsel representing plaintiffs in many cases—including medical and legal malpractice, premises liability, vehicular collisions, personal injury and products liability. He is an active member of the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association and an instructor at Kennesaw State University in the College of Continuing and Professional Education. As a second generation lawyer, he believes in advancing the legal profession by zealously advocating for his clients with honesty, integrity and respect.

Katherine Blaska Dodd

Partner

Katie served her community as a professional realtor for over 11 years. In 2010, she turned her attention to her family’s law practice, The Blaska Law Firm, LLC. Katie began as a legal assistant and decided to carry on her family legacy in law. While working at the firm as office manager, she attended Atlanta’s John Marshall Law School as a part-time student and graduated cum laude in May 2017. A native of Atlanta, Katie graduated from The Westminster Schools and earned her Bachelors of Business Administration in Marketing from the Terry College of Business at The University of Georgia. She is an avid Georgia Bulldogs and Green Bay Packers fan.

Dana J. Norman

Of Counsel

Dana served for over 10 years as an appellate prosecutor in the Cobb County District Attorney’s office and retired with the State of Georgia as a trial and appellate prosecutor in Paulding County. He has over 25 years of experience in appellate practice, both civil and criminal, and has made over 150 appearances in Georgia’s appellate courts. Dana served for 15 years as a staff attorney for the Honorable William L. McMurray, Jr. on the Georgia Court of Appeals. During this time, he also served as an adjunct instructor at Brenau University. He was a frequent CLE instructor for the Prosecuting Attorneys’ Council of Georgia and was appointed by the Georgia Supreme Court to serve as a Special Master in disciplinary proceedings for the State Bar of Georgia. In addition, Dana has been an instructor at Kennesaw State University, teaching in the College of Continuing and Professional Education, for over 12 years.
